To request an online exchange / refund, please fill out the e-form at the bottom of the page - after reading the below policy & eligibility conditions:

• Customers are welcome to open and inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative to ensure satisfaction at the time of delivery.

• Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• For any exchange or refund request, the customer is responsible for covering all associated shipping and delivery fees.

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund. We strongly encourage customers to carefully inspect sale items in the presence of the delivery representative before he leaves.

Barely reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

لتقديم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال، يرجى ملء النموذج الإلكتروني في أسفل الصفحة بعد الاطلاع علي سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع التالية:  

 يحق للعميل فتح وفحص الطلب في حضور مندوب التوصيل للتأكد من سلامة المنتج عند الاستلام .

  يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو مغسولة، مع وجود جميع البطاقات والعلامات الأصلية

 في حالة طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتحمل العميل جميع رسوم الشحن والتوصيل المتعلقة بالعملية .

 المنتجات المشتراة خلال التخفيضات أو العروض الترويجية تُعتبر بيعًا نهائيًا، ولا يحق لها الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع. نرجو من العملاء التأكد جيدًا من فحص هذه المنتجات عند الاستلام في حضور مندوب التوصيل و قبل ان يغادر

تحتفظ الشركة بحق رفض أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه .
